Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from our family to yours!

My parents are in Manila right now, so it was just my sisters and me who celebrated Noche Buena. Since Kevin and I just got back from Hong Kong yesterday, we decided to eat out instead of preparing or buying food ourselves. But of course, we made a reservation in advance! Haha!

We ate at the newly opened Filipino restaurant called, Hayop. It was opened by the same group behind Manam in the Philippines. I really miss their food! The food at Hayop is reminiscent of the food at Manam's, although, it is a bit more elevated, with smaller servings, and pricier. Lol.

Here are some food we ate -- chicharon bulaklak, crispy pork sisig, wagyu and watermelon sinigang, whole spatchcock chicken inasal, and of course, halo-halo for dessert!
